Brand new and bright apartment with all amenities located on the third floor of a building with lift that can host up to 4 people! The accommodation is in a quiet and residential position, close to Chiasso (CH), the town of access to Switzerland! The apartment is located very close to Spina Verde Regional Park, a stunning wooded area where the sources of the Seveso river are located, reachable on foot via a path surrounded by Nature! Como Center and the Lake are 5km away!

The 50sqm apartment is composed of:

LIVING ROOM with kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven and microwave. Relax area with queen sofa bed, Smart TV. Access to the 5sqm balcony with outdoor table and stools.

BEDROOM equipped with queen bed and wardrobe

TOILETTE with bidet, toilet and shower cubicle
