The overall room was spacious but the washroom definitely needs to be refreshed. It was not visually appealing for the price point.
The washroom fan was extremely loud and this was the first thing I noticed. Haven’t been cleaned in ages
At a first glance, it looked like mold buildup so I didn’t use the shower for the day. After further inspection it look was rusted. Visually, it wasn’t nice for the price point.
Again, my only negative ratings about my visit are visual things that can easily be improved.
When I took a shower after confirming the shower head was rusted and mold, the 2nd issue of the water pooling. Seems like the drain pipes haven’t been clean in a while either.

It was very clean and everyone was very pleasent. No water in the room when you arrive is a real down point. Two small bottles wont kill them and is much better and more importamt than the complimentry Puff & Stuff items given. Traveled all overthe world and its the first time i see no water in the room.

Keisha on front desk was great. She saw I wasn’t good at going upstairs and switched me to ground floor without asking. Room was good with all facilities you could ask for. All the property was kept extremely clean. Breakfast at Trellis was excellent Loved the food & cocktails at the Bottle Staff very friendly & helpful

Overall we had a good stay. We definitely enjoyed the staff hospitality at Trellis, the live music and the proximity to our work offices. Whilst the cleaning staff were very friendly and kept the rooms clean they were quite loud in the mornings which meant no possibility of sleeping in. The room we had was wonderfully spacious but outdated and can benefit from an upgrade. Overall we would be back.

Tradewinds Hotel made my trip to San Fernando a pleasure. While visiting friends and attending a wedding, I enjoyed a comfortable stay in a large, clean room serviced daily. The hotel's restaurant had excellent energy and an outstanding breakfast. I highly recommend it and plan to stay again!

Stayed here for the first time after it was recommended to me from family members. It was a very comfortable stay, nice rooms, renovated bathroom, and amazing breakfast. The hotel had a pool, mini convenience store, restaurant with bar, and amenities nearby. Staff are friendly although we didn't interact with them very much either than the front desk which was very helpful in booking transportation. I wouldn't consider any other hotel to stay at in the future and will stay here if visiting San Fernando in the future.
