Disappointing Suite Stay

Relatively cheap Inn in RWC. I booked the suite hoping to make use of the kitchenette but it doesn't come with any cutlery or cookware making it fairly useless. The unit in general was very run down and dirty, and the couch material was constantly breaking off and getting everywhere. Bed and bathroom were acceptable.

The location was very near family. Staff was accommodating. We had to extend our stay. They put us in a nice upgraded room. The first room had a noisy fan in the bathroom. the motel fit our budget and needs.

From walking in the door and seeing chewed gum on the bed side light, burn holes in the bedding, a tv that only the back light on the screen turns on that is broken, a large sliding glass balcony door that has no handle or lock and black mold in the bathroom. I would say this will be the last time I ever stay here, the nonchalant response from the front desk when expressing our concerns was even more disturbing. If I had the ability to give zero stars for this location I would - gladly.

The pebble tech around the pool has deteriorated so much that is now gravel. The spa is boarded up. The flimsiness of the toilet seat broke within minutes of getting there. I mean it just came undone. Everything was pretty clean it just it was in shambles.

This is our theirs time staying here. Bed is very comfortable and love coffee and fresh orange juice with continental breakfast. However we had ants in the bathroom, cockroaches in bedroom, no secure WiFi and windows wouldn’t open. Also, guest above was very noisy, keeping us awake in the middle of the night pacing or walking back and forth. Very noisy. Disappointed!
