Our room did not have any running water. I spoke to the front desk twice and was assured it would be on shortly. By the time we went to bed there was still no running water. When I checked out the next day I asked about compensation for lack of water (and flushing toilet) and was told by Su to contact Hotel.com and she would approve a refund.

There was no bath soap we had to request for one, outlets were not all working, no lights on the desk to work. Had to use drinking water to brush my teeth . At times no water at all. You had to run water to clear. Had to use drinking water to wash my hands. Had to use my cell phone to talk to reception because telephone was noisy or would not work at all. And they ask how could we make it better they didn’t offer any compensation. No cancel refund so had to stick to it. First time to experience something like this.

AC/heater was not working properly, there was trash under the table upon check in, the breakfast was overpriced for bland food, and then the water completely was off, couldn’t flush, wash hands, shower etc - when brought to the hotels attention they said there’s nothing they can do hung up. I did have a pleasant experience with the gal during check in she was kind and helpful!

Quite place to stay but did have loud neighbors who would shout even hit the wall or made our room shake enough for us to notice. We purchased breakfast at time of booking which included a daily buffet or omelet (2 to choose from). The buffet was good / decent. I’ve purchased other food vouchers at other locations where the food is amazing. Sadly, this did not live up to others and should have called about the breakfast before purchasing before hand. Also, we were not provided vouchers at time of booking and I had to go back to the front desk and ask for them since they did not provide them at check in time. The gentleman that assisted me told me that they should’ve given them to me when I checked in, and I kindly reminded him that he was the same person that checked me in. He responded to me with, “oh”, and gave me the vouchers. We did eat dinner one night at the bar which was decent. In terms of the room, the water pressure for the shower was not strong and the faucet was difficult to get to warm temperatures. The bed was comfy along with the soft pillows. The television was not a smart television so we could not stream our shows/movies like we normally like to enjoy. Overall, it was an average stay and place to sleep. *Parking is 45.00 per night and no valet service available. *pool is indoors but currently closed for construction *we did not check out the gym at this location

Staff was very courteous, great service at the restaurant, housekeeping was attentive, and the rooms were very clean. Only wish the blankets were thicker, I don’t like feeling like I have a thin piece of cloth on me (partial to weighted blankets) but that’s more a hotel thing than a personnel thing.
