This hotel is an outstanding value. Yes. It's on the edge of the Tenderloin, but rooms are huge, clean and modern. My room had a large walk-in closet and mini-fridge. The bed and linens were amazing and perfect. The staff was super friendly, helpful and fun. The only small downsize is it is noisy outside 24/7 and if you like your window open as I do, it can be pretty loud. But don't let that stop you, this place is great!

The area was horrible. I got a room with a shared door to another room. And the room was smelling. The water wasn’t hot. When we arrived (evening) the shared areas wasn’t clean at all. The elevators are old and dirty.

3/5 experience Room was small but fine. Cleanliness was a 3/5. Windows were very thin and I could hear everything (including unwell people screaming outside) throughout the night. Luggage rack was broken and there was no safe. Area was okay; you felt the remnants of the Tenderloin area when you stepped outside.

The room, bed, bedding materials and bathroom were sparkling and comfortable. The room had a bed, table and chairs for working, good lighting, and spotless bathroom. This is the reason for my good rating on comfort. The lobby had old, ripped and dirty furniture and the carpet on the stairs was stained and really dirty. The hallway carpets were a bit better. In addition, a banquet ? room that was unsecured was used for people to store luggage, but anyone could walk in there and access anyone's luggage. The employ
