Our home is located in North Beach – the safest and most walkable neighborhood of San Francisco. You will be living footsteps away from San Francisco’s best sights. In the middle of Little Italy – you will have access to the best restaurants, parks, and cafes. Financial District is about 10 minutes away on foot.

The live and work space offers a lot of advantages. As soon as you arrive, our community leader will introduce you to the group of changemakers who live in Serendipia Crypto Nest and those who lived with us before and still stay in touch online.

There are two huge workspaces. The indoor workspace is ideal for those who like to work from home. Our underground garage workspace is ready to host events – it is equipped with speakers, mics, a piano; it has a lot of chairs, and tables. The best innovations of Silicon Valley came from a garage so it is a perfect spot to work from or host an event!

Inside – you will have access to fully furnished bedrooms, equipped bathrooms, kitchen, and even the laundry facility. Cleaners come to do cleaning twice a week – the living spaces are kept spotless.
