If you have an early or late flight make your life easy and park yourself at this hotel. The staff work together. The rooms are clean and rolling out of bed had jumping on the air train to get to you terminate can't be easier.

We paid $483 for one night, and while the room was tidy, the accommodations are not 5 star. We felt they were comparable to a mid-tier Hilton, which usually costs between $140 and $200 per night. Be aware you are not getting luxury before spending $500+ per night here. You're paying for convenience, not fancy accomodations.

This made traveling through SF very convenient as the airport tram was downstairs and made an early departure very easy. Eric at check-in was very helpful, efficient, friendly and professional. Our room had a view of the airplanes, and loved all the details of the design - such as motion sensor pm lighting, clean lines, great spacious bathroom, etc

Lovely property. We had an early morning flight and several pieces of luggage. I rented a luggage cart late in the evening and took it to our room only to be told that we couldn’t keep it there overnight. Security took the cart and advised that they would return it by 0430 as we had to get to the airport by 0500. Unfortunately, we never saw the cart again and had to manage all our luggage ourselves.

My family stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and absolutely loved it! We love planespotting and our room on the 10th floor with views of both the runway and freeway was just wonderful. We found our new favorite hotel and will definitely be back on our next SF adventure. Also, getting on the BART is super easy. Thank you, Grand Hyatt at SFO.
