Not impressed

Bed was old, creaky and uncomfortable, seriously noisy every time you moved. Since when does a Holiday Inn charge $25 a night for parking, these guys do. Asked for it be waived since we stayed for 6 nights, nope can’t do that. Ridiculous! Had to keep requesting an additional towel, finally took enough from the house keeping cart to last the remainder of the stay. Facility is showing the wear and tear, needs an update. Should be able to fund the upgrade using the $25 a night parking fee. Absolutely do not recommend.

Nous étions dans une suite a deux lits. la déco date un peu mais le confort est très correct. La suite est spacieuse et bien agencé. Le petit déjeuner se prend au restaurant, nous avons pris une assiette complète avec cafe et jus d'orange a un prix très correct et très savoureux. Notre passage le soir au bar de l’hôtel a permis d’échanger avec la serveuse très gentille et très compétente. L'accueil par le personnel de l'hotel a été parfait tant au check-in, au bar qu'au restaurant. Nous terminions notre séjour aux etats-unis par cet hotel. Nous sommes ravis.

The front desk lady wasn’t nice at all. It seems like she was there because she didn’t have any choice. Also, the parking is expensive, not part of the hotel. However there was a sign that says “Courtesy parking for guests” I figured that it will be free for guests at the hotel. Never again.

Dislike you have to pay for parking. The property is quiet and the staff is friendly. The gym wasn’t big but it had the essentials. Loved the sauna. My room had hair in random places the shower, the floor, towels, and counter. But I don’t expect a hotel to be 100% clean. So it was doable for me.

Right off the freeway for easy access and super close to the airport. Short drive to downtown and the walk through the surroundings neighborhood was nice. Also close to a park. Parking was easy and safe. The staff were willing to help with any issues we had, which were very few.
