Stuff was amazing. Only three stars because the room wasn’t a clean as it should be for the cost. And it needs some updating because even the shower curtains were old and frayed. Corners of the room where the carpets are you could see where dirt and dust were gathering and they’re not being cleaned regularly. While the area isn’t close to fisherman’s wharf, and Ghirardelli’s square, and you expect some noise from maybe people walking around, but you definitely don’t expect all of the loud vehicles from the work being done around it so there was no way for me to sleep throughout the night.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. One issue, My family and I don’t smoke and a few time we smell weed in the hallways. I know they can not do anything about people smoking outside but to someone who does not smoke it stinks.

This is a large five-story hotel a block (or two) from the waterfront with the various wharfs. It is a safe and easy walk to the entire waterfront. There are many places to eat in the area. The hotel has a very, very large lobby area. Also, it represents a great value.
