The staff was very friendly from the front desk folks to the cleaners, everyone was so friend and helpful with any and all of our needs. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very clean. My only complaint is that my water pressure in the shower was low making it hard to wash my hair. We were within walking distance of Pier 39 and a lot of food places. They were all excellent, especially the breakfast places, weres so good. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location

Nice hotel we’ll set up for tourists. We had to move room due to bins being emptied at 4am at the back of the hotel, however employees were helpful and happy to do this. My only qualm was that there were LOTS of additional taxes added on check out so be aware of what the final cost will be!

location was convenient, front desk staff were friendly, these were the only 2 positives about the hotel. Negatives were a long list 1) no upgrades for Expedia Gold 2) AC filter has not been cleaned for a long time, dust completely cover the filter 3) AC/heater did not function properly, room is either too hot or too cold 4) hostile and rude room service staff, threw duvet on hallway floor and walked away.

The property is nice, I just wished they added the extra costs in with the price so you’re not surprised when you get there. $500 deposit which you get back within 7 days. Then there’s a daily destination fee $38.84 and a sustainability fee $5.88. The property is in a great location but if you want to park then that is also expensive. There is a bus right outside, invest in a clipper card. You get has an app on your phone or you can get a plastic one from the BART station. The room cleanliness is impeccable, the pool area is very poor. Needs a revamp. The pool tables both need a recover. The gym is small but great equipment in there. To ride the trolley carts you need another app called Muni mobile. They are great fun. In all San Francisco is not cheap at all. You are looking at $70/$90 for three people for breakfast, and that’s you back street cafes. If I was to go again I’d go outside of San Francisco and BART in. But expense aside we did have a great week.

Nice hotel. We booked a bay view room but we couldn't see any bay just a tower of the Golden gate bridge. Room was super long walk from front desk, very inconvenient when going and returning from walking the city all day. Need to have a bridge or elevator for the far off rooms. It was very loud. Windows need to be thicker, we were on the 5th floor and could hear people on the street below clear as day. We asked for extra blanket and and after waiting 5 hours had to go all the way back to front desk and request again. Blanket showed up within the hour. But this hotel is clean and has everything you could need. A microwave in the room would have been a bonus. Staff was friendly and gave a great recommendation for dinner. Great location. Would stay again.
