We got into town a little early. Simone at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate my friend who had an injured ankle. I will be returning to this property in the future.

The hotel is located near Tenderloin which is a rough area but it is ok. Dont accidentallygo to the wrong side. Staff are very helpful and super nice. Hotel is relativelyclean. Close to traintrolley and tram

I liked that it was small and the lobby whenever I passed through was never busy and noisy. The lobby had that private feel. I did not like that there was no microwave oven. Most hotels that I’ve stayed at had ovens, and not having one seems like an inconvenience.
