Nice hotel but geared more toward the hipster crowd (i.e., ultra-modern design, robotic room service droids, rubberized floor in rooms, no top sheet on the bed - which is just wrong!, etc.) Location was great and price was decent for the area.

Excellent hotel. The place to stay if visiting Oracle Park. Staff were amazing and took the time to recommend several local places to eat amongst other personal touches, I believe Chris & Mitch provided high quality service to me directly but the entire team was pro. 10/10 would recommend & will be back again!

Absolutely average. This was one of the barest hotel rooms I have stayed in for this price. The service was fine. The room was fine. The only reason they charge this price is location. This would be a three star hotel anywhere else in the world. If you want to go to a giants game the location is great but don’t expect too much. Valet price is outrageous.

Property was clean, great location, great valet service. We loved Kevin & Lumie the room service robots!! Loved the complimentary shower products, they smelled great. The food from Twyne & Cavaña was excellent. All staff was helpful & wonderful. The only tiny suggestion I have is for more ventilation in the bathrooms, it gets a little stuffy. Will definitely be back.
