Thank You for your feedback. I would like to know what day and around what time you checked in so I can address the issue with the staff. We are a non smoking building sometimes a guest will have strong odors on their bodies and their clothes. We have a very strict non smoking policy here. It is unfortunate that half of our rooms are in the back and half are on the street. We have no control over street noise. We take pride in the cleanliness of our rooms and are aware we are due for a remodel which will happen in 2019. I just finished an inspection of all the rooms for wallpaper, stains etc. If we always remove anything that we see. Please come back and try us again in the future I will make it my priority to take care of your needs
