Not satisfied with experience.
Posted Feb. 1, 2024 on HotelsThey could not give me the suit I booked for my family. They gave us two rooms, where one of the room’s toilet was broken. They did help us with moving our luggage, gave us water bottles free of cost.

Cigarette smoke
Posted Feb. 1, 2024 on HotelsIt was just ok. Spiderwebs and spider in corner of room, the pillows were not clean and smelled of cigarette smoke as well as the sheets. Not clean, found a wet used towel behind the bathroom door.

No luggage carts.
Posted Feb. 1, 2024 on HotelsStaff was very friendly. Biggest complaint was there were no luggage carts. Normally this isn't a huge deal but I had just flown into SFO from Singapore a 14 hour flight and I was exhausted. They did however offer to lock up my luggage in the office which worked out for me.

This was a very nice place to stay. I would stay again. The breakfast was great and the staff were very good. The room was clean and just right. Next visit will be with the rest of my family, so we will see how the bigger rooms are.
