Wendy is the front desk person with whom I dealt. She is not only unbelievably beautiful, but she has grace under pressure (seen her dealing with rude guests) but also super helpful and very professional. the site itself is very boutique-y. shaded, quiet with very good privay in the rooms. will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic front desk staff and booked into a comfortable room with a cute aesthetic. :) Loved the shower and comfy robe. Sipped several Nespresso drinks throughout the week, which were complimentary. There are a wide variety of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, as well as being close to the BART. Would highly recommend The Dylan!

First time here and our stay was perfect from start to finish! The front desk staff could not be any sweeter! Joyce went above and beyond and made us feel so welcome. She's the reason why we'll be back! Amelia the next morning was also very sweet and very accommodating. A hidden gem for sure.

Second go round at The Dylan

This was my second stay at The Dylan. I choose this hotel for the access from SFO and my doctors office. I used the parking lot for the first time and there were plenty of spots available. My room was very clean and updated my last stay, however, my room this time had some molding issues close to the edges of the room that need to be touched up and for some reason the bed wasn't as comfortable as the first time. No room service kind of sucks, but close to lots of restaurants none the less. The walls are thin here as well. Would I stay again? Yes, for the convenience.

The walls and floors are thin and you can hear your neighbors just walking across the room. Our upstairs neighbor stomped very loudly at night and 4:00 in the morning.
