We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was super nice and helpful - they held on to our bags for us before check-in and after check-out while we explored the city. They even offered for us to keep anything we didnât need but didnât want to leave in the car overnight so we didnât have to lug our big bags upstairs. Loved the decor and character in the lobby and room. The only thing that was a bit of bummer is website says you park on the street in the neighborhood but there are strict limits to this during the week so we ended up having to park in a pricey garage. Imagine this wouldnât be an issue if youâre there over the weekend but would just keep that in mind if youâre visiting on a weekday. Overall though really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend!
The Metro Hotel is a colorful and vibrant boutique hotel in the Divisadero neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay here and felt safe on the property. The location is excellent and the restaurants in the area are very very good. The room itself was cozy and would be good for a short stay.
The property is an older building in lower haight, which has cute charm, but that means thin walls and hearing everything your neighbors do. I had a family with kids above my room and I could hear every footstep and anytime water was used. My room was small and somewhat cramped, but worked for me as I did not spend much time in it. The hotel staff is great and itâs in a great location.
Excellent location with lots to see and do in walking distance. Difficult to find parking in the area, but with some planning can be mitigated. Staff were lovely and professional.
This was a fun and unique property in SF. The staff were super friendly and answered any question we had. I loved the charm of the original rooms. Great hotel for an affordable price in SF.
