Located near the Duomo and the Rocca, in the historic center of the famous medieval town of San Gimignano, this pretty vacation apartment stands out for its great location. The apartment, on the first and second floor of a historic building, offers a striking view of the square, one of the most characteristic of San Gimignano. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living and dining areas with kitchens offer plenty of space for up to five guests.

The apartment is an excellent solution for those who want to get to know San Gimignano and explore the surrounding area. The wonderful Florence, a pearl of the Renaissance, can be reached in just over an hour's drive. The entire old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Be enchanted by a stroll through its beautiful alleys. Historic Siena is just under 45 minutes away. Here, stroll through the famous Piazza del Campo and visit the important Gothic cathedral.

Location, Location, Location
Pros- Great location in the heart of the village, 16th century townhome. Cons - bizarre setup, two floors, the first consisting of one large room with a old kitchen and a bathroom, the second accessed either from a very small winding wooden staircase inside or a outside larger normal staircase. The second floor had two bedrooms, a very small not really usable bathroom and a eat in kitchen., - appliances were hard to use. - This apartment could not be used by anyone with mobility issues

Wonderful experience.
We had a wonderful stay in San Gimignano and at this apartment. It was clean and in a fantastic location. It was an easy walk to everything you could need and with not being able to drive in San Gimignano it was just a short walk from the entrance of the town. The only suggestion I have is that you need to get a detailed do and don’t do list from the host as we were given no instructions for the apartment and we did a load of laundry and had the a/c running and we blew a fuse. The owner came quickly to fix our issue but if we were told we could only run one thing at a time it would have helped us. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property.
