External Description



Casale Ginestra is part of a property immersed in the countryside of San Gimignano, surrounded by woods and made up of 4 splendid farmhouses, completely restored and independent. All the farmhouses share a pool, a park with lawn and some outdoor spaces including a tennis court and a bowling green (which can be used free of charge by guests).

The pool (6 x 14 m) is open from May to the end of October, and is equipped with: sunbeds, parasols and external shower (solar heated).

Moreovere there is a private parking, a children's swing, and a shared laundromat.

Casale Ginestra is also equipped with a private outdoor dining area with barbecue, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the pool and the surrounding landscape.



Internal Description



Originally a stable and completely restored, Casale Ginestra is spread over 2 floors, and is characterized by wooden ceilings, terracotta floors and antique furniture. It can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are not allowed. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request.



Ground floor: On the ground floor you are welcomed by a dining room with table for 4-6 people and an equipped kitchen (with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine).

Following is a living room with fireplace, armchairs, and direct access to the garden, from which you can enjoy an amazing view of the pool.

Also on this floor, through an arched door, you enter a studio apartment with direct access to the outside, consisting of: a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), a table with two chairs, and a small kitchen placed inside a closet (with fridge and stove).



First floor: From the dining room a staircase leads to the first floor where there is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined together if necessary), each with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€); heating according to consumption during winter months; use of the shared laundromat (4.00€ per wash); any extra services on request. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 200.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
