Villa San Gimignano, tucked in a stunning corner of the heart of Tuscany, sleeps 12 people in 6 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and 6 bathrooms.
From the swimming pool and terrace enjoy front-row views of the beautiful town of San Gimignano, with its renowned skyline of medieval towers.
Both outside and inside, the house offers comfort and beautiful spaces for relaxing and dining together.
The covered patio, outdoor barbecue, terrace and front lawn with shady pine trees and benches offer plenty of spots for enjoying the beauty of the countryside.
Indoors, there is a large kitchen with a large original fireplace, and two comfortable living rooms.
The grounds and the pool are absolutely private, and are for the sole use of guests of Villa San Gimignano.
On the property the owners occasionally may use an apartment in a separate building. The Villa shares a wall with an adjacent house.

Emplacement magnifique pour un séjour sympathique entre amis

Belle propriété avec grande piscine et vue magnifique sur la campagne et San Gimigniano. TrÚs bon contact avec les propriétaires. Le vrai plus avec les chaleurs du mois d'août: la climatisation dans chaque chambre à coucher.

Fantastic villa

The villa is large and comfortable, the view over San Giminiano is simply stunning. Make sure you pack some mosquito spray as they tend to come out at night. The closest grocery store is about 15 minutes away driving, but there is a great and affordable restaurant called Poggio Alloro conveniently located about 5 minutes away by car. The house comes highly recommended.

Simple paradise in Tuscany

All was picture perfect. Property is well managed and wonderfully quirky. Location is off a few beaten paths on narrow and dusty gravel roads. View is sublime. But bring a good insect repellent

An authentic Tuscan villa with a spectacular view of SAN Gimignano.

We had a fantastic family vacation. A great location if travelling by car. An authentic villa with breathtaking views and modern amenities like a pool and wifi. The owners were so helpful, thoughtful and kind.

San Gimignano is awesome

Great location to see all you want to see in Tuscany. Awesome views of San Gimignano and sounding valley. We have been there before but this villa made the whole trip better. Multiple awesome vineyards and restaurants on the same street as the villa. Only thing they could improve is update the couches in the living room. Even with that you will be glad you stayed there.

Es hatt alles gepasst, die Besitzer haben sich rĂŒhrend um uns gekĂŒĂŒmmert, allerdings mĂŒsste in die Ausstattung investiert werden, Geschirr war teilweise angeschlagen, in der KĂŒche ist das wunderschöne Marmorbecken und der Herd in die Jahre gekommen, neue AbflĂŒsse in den Duschen wĂ€ren erforderlich (auch am Pool)

Family holiday in Tuscany

This was our first trip to Tuscany as a group of three families. The property is in an excellent location with superb views across the valley to San Gimingnano. Local vineyard very good for tastings and supplies. The location is excellent for visiting Florence and Siena - park in Poggibonsi and getting the train is recommended. Volterra also close by which is delightful. Villa pool and air con a real boon given the hot weather we experienced. Villa owners were most welcoming. Check out and departures were very easy (please note there are additional cleaning and electricity charges - modest). One minor comment - the google maps reference provided does not direct you to the property but rather to central San Gimimgnano which was a little eventful! The written instructions and old fashioned map reading was far more relaible!!

Our stay at Casa Remignoli was fantastic. We stayed a week with the whole family, nine in total. The house is spacious and located in a spectacular place! We really enjoyed the days there and we were eager to return. Renato and Stefano were very friendly at all times.

Fantastic situation, with great views and rustic charm

We had a fabulous week staying at the villa. The position is perfect and the views are stunning. We were made to feel very welcome and Giuseppi was really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The villa itself was spacious, all bedrooms are a really good size. The large dinning table in the kitchen was perfect for our family meals. The villa is rustic but has everything you need. The pool was a great hit with the kids. The only negative was the number of mosquito bites we all got so make sure you take some sprays and candles/coils.
