Appartement trÚs bien situé, dans un quartier calme, pour visiter la région

Notre hĂŽte, Alessandro, est trĂšs sympathique et rĂ©actif. TrĂšs bonne communication avec lui pour notre arrivĂ©e, avec de bonnes explications. Sa belle sƓur qui habite dans l'immeuble parle trĂšs bien français. L'appartement est situĂ© dans un quartier sans intĂ©rĂȘt (il n'y a rien Ă  proximitĂ©, c'est un quartier rĂ©sidentiel et la voiture est obligatoire). Par contre c'est un quartier trĂšs calme, et il y a un parking privĂ© pour la voiture. Mais il est idĂ©alement situĂ© pour rayonner dans la rĂ©gion, car il est situĂ© Ă  5 minutes de l'entrĂ©e de l'autoroute. Depuis cet appartement, on est 15 min du centre de Catane et des villages cĂŽtiers, 20 mn d'Acireale, 50 min de Taormine, de l'ETNA et de Syracuse. L'appartement est conforme Ă  la description mais il n'y a qu'une salle de bain (mais il y a une autre piĂšce avec WC et lavabo). L'appartement sentait la fumĂ©e de cigarette (surtout dans la salle de bain) et cela nous a un peu gĂȘnĂ© (mais c'est de notre faute nous n'avions pas demandĂ© si l'appartement Ă©tait non fumeur), et la propretĂ© du rĂ©frigĂ©rateur pourrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©e. La terrasse est trĂšs grande et on voit trĂšs bien l'ETNA. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, il ne manque rien. Le lave linge est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable, surtout que l’hĂŽte laisse suffisamment du produit pour l'utiliser. Le grand salon et la chambre sont trĂšs propres et ont du ĂȘtre refaits rĂ©cemment. Nous avons aussi apprĂ©ciĂ© qu'Alessandro nous ait laissĂ© un gĂąteau Ă  notre arrivĂ©e.
