Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and grounds during their stay.
Villa Attalea is fully private with no shared spaces. All bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, pool, terraces, and outdoor spaces are reserved solely for registered guests. On-site staff are housed separately and attend only to property maintenance or guest requests, ensuring privacy at all times.

Villa Attalea is easily accessible by car, with a secure gated entrance and ample parking space on-site. The villa is located just a short drive from San Ignacio, where guests can access local markets, restaurants, and tour operators. A rental car is highly recommended for exploring nearby attractions like the Maya ruins, Mountain Pine Ridge, and the Belize Zoo.
Villa Attalea is located in San Ignacio, Cayo District, Belize, approximately 120 kilometers (about 75 miles) from Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) in Ladyville, Belize City. The drive typically takes around 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions.

To reach Villa Attalea from the airport, travelers can take the George Price Highway westward toward Belmopan, then continue to San Ignacio. From San Ignacio, it's a short drive to Santa Elena.

For guests without a rental vehicle, taxi/shuttle services are available from the airport to Villa Attalea. It's advisable to arrange transportation in advance to ensure a smooth journey.

The villa is a two-storey home. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, while the master suite occupies the entire upper floor and is accessed by stairs.

Climate & comfort:
Air conditioning is available in all rooms. The open living areas are designed to invite natural breezes and connect seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

Housekeeping is provided on arrival/mid stay/and departure.
Additional housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee.

Transportation recommended:
While the villa is accessible by road, a rental vehicle is recommended to comfortably explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and town amenities.

Family-friendly:
Villa Attalea welcomes families. Parents are asked to supervise children at all times, especially around the pool and stairs.

Respectful stays only:
This is a peaceful retreat intended for relaxation. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted unless authorized. .

Onsite Staff - Staff reside in the casita above the garage. This is separate from the Vacation Home.

Security - Our electric gate requires a remote to open/close. Each group is provided with 2 remotes. If a remote is lost there will be a charge of $100 to replace it.

Security Cameras - We have security cameras at the entrance and exits of the property. There are no interior cameras nor additional cameras anywhere else on the property.Villa Attalea is located in a lush jungle environment where wildlife sightings are normal and part of the experience.
The villa features stairs and multiple levels, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.
