The living room, with a spacious sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children), gives access to the terrace with sea views.



The kitchen is equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker and utility room with washing machine and water heater. The living-dining room has a sofa bed, television and dining area for four people.



The apartment has air conditioning and fibre optic internet.



It is located in the Las Gemelas de Frente Marino development, with a communal swimming pool normally open from Easter to the end of October (10am to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm).



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Failure to comply will result in loss of the deposit.

The Las Gemelas de Frente Marino development is located at km 13, on the seafront of the Mar Menor and about 600 metres from the Mediterranean. About 50 metres away there is a large supermarket (Supercor), and in the area there are numerous bars and restaurants.

Furthermore, in this same area of Tomás Maestre there is a sports complex with tennis courts, padel courts and five-a-side football, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight training...
