It has got a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub, an independent and fully fitted kitchen. The living room, with a sofa-bed (recommended for one adult or two kids), has access onto a terrace with sea views.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric hob, oven, coffee machine and galley area with washing machine and heater. The bright living-room has got a sofa-bed and a flat-screen TV and a dining area for 4 people.
There are air conditioning and fibre optic internet.
The apartment is located in the development Las Gemelas de Frente Marino, which has got a communal pools, open in 2023 from Easter to the end of October (from 10 to 15h and from 17 to 21h).

Only 50 meters from the apartment there is a big supermarket (Supercor) and in the area there are many bars and restaurants.
