Welcome to this colourful and inviting terraced house in La Manga del Mar Menor. You couldn't wish for a better location, as your home is right next to the beach promenade. Enjoy socialising on the two floors of the house, where you can relax, play together and enjoy the view from the balcony or terrace. If you prefer the pool to the sea, you will find a great communal pool in a fantastic location.



Otherwise, there are rocky coastlines with sandy beaches right in front of the house where you can enjoy the sun while swimming. The unique Mar Menor lagoon is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Enjoy the beautiful view of the blue sky, the equally blue sea and the high mountains in the background. There is an open-air cinema within walking distance, which offers screenings of current films during the summer months. For longer excursions, the harbour city of Cartagena or the provincial capital of Murcia with its old town and ancient cathedral are well worth a visit.
