Located directly on the beach in front of the surf breaks of Costa Azul and one of the few swimmable beaches in the area. Discover the beauty of the Los Cabos area with Las Olas as your home base. Take a walk on the beach, surf, swim with dolphins, watch for whales, go fishing, enjoy fabulous views, there is something for everyone to enjoy in our paradise. The condo was very clean, beautiful, and stocked with everything you need to have a great time. Views were absolutely amazing. We used the large deck with barbecue a lot. Beds were very comfortable and high quality. Very relaxing and quiet. Definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous vacation! This condo has a simply spectacular view - sun rises every morning and moon rises at night and ocean wave sounds all day. The location also provides for maximum sunlight as it’s on a south corner of the building. The owners were highly responsive to my question about the TV satellite and there was a maintenance person there within the hour to assist. The condo is very spacious and had all of the amenities we needed, including common spices, oils, etc. I would recommend a rental car or Uber as there aren’t many places to walk to for dining. However Zippers next door on the beach was great ! Also notable is that the grounds were nicely maintained. The only thing that could use a refresh is the fitness center. It’s ok, but definitely doesn’t match the standard of the rest of the complex. Overall, this is a fantastic oceanfront condo!

lovely condo on the beach

Condo was great. Right on the beach. on the 3rd floor, there was ALWAYS a breeze. we enjoyed the Terrace every day. The condo is well equipped. Security helped us find the elevator (on arrival). Security notified us when we left our car lights on, which was very helpful. I would stay here again!

Third floor condo with fantastic view. Very well stocked kitchen , huge balcony , good WiFi, cold AC.The building is located very close to road but don’t hear a thing inside the condo.Place is steps from the beach, has 2 good restaurants next door .Pool and hot tub for building

Great space to gather with lots of room in the kitchen. Bedrooms were well appointed. No complaints here. Others may have said road noise but that’s during the day and between the sound of the waves crashing, it’s hard to hear the road. At night the road is quiet but windows are all very thick so you don’t hear anything.

Fantastic stay with all the amenities!

Condo was so well stocked, as others have mentioned. Proximity to the beach was just heavenly. I can’t think of anything that would have made our trip any better. Go in to town if eating in restaurants, the touristy places in walking distance aren’t the best. But there is a surfing school RIGHT next door and they were great. Watching the surfers every morning with my coffee was a perfect way to start the day. And one morning we also got to watch a whale!

Fantastic Condo on gorgeous beach.

The property is beautiful and comfortable. The living room and dining room furniture is pretty uncomfortable, but for the most part pretty nice. The location is close to the highway, so getting in and out was a bit of a challenge due to speeding traffic. Overall, I feel like it is a great spot and would definitely come back. The property manager Mauricio was responsive and helpful. Very nice!

We had the most wonderful family vacation to Las Olas! The condo is beautiful & equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great time in Cabo

Great place. Beach is nice but has a lot of rocks/coral in the water where you surf. Condo was great. Very clean and well appointed. Property manager was very accommodating with a late checkout and filled up our propane for the grill when we told him it was out. Only issue was access from the highway into the complex. It’s a little sketchy with a tight turn right off the high speed road. You get used to it though. Surf locker was great. Overall, we had a great time in a great condo.

Awesome Beachfront Condo

This condo is conveniently located near Pamilla, but close to San Jose del Cabo for shopping needs. The pool, easy access to a pristine beach for surfing, fitness room, and nearby golfing, made for a very restful vacation. The condo is luxurious and very well appointed (and...the master bedroom king-bed is incredibly comfortable!) I love to cook, and the beautiful kitchen with its many amenities, was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be coming back to this condo!

Everything you need

The property had everything we needed to make our trip amazing. Watching the surf break from the deck or even the window in the bedroom was incredible. The Condo had a cooler and even snorkel gear. Amazing! We will be staying there again in the future!

This property was amazing, definately will book again. A couple mishaps, but Maurico resolved issues in a timely manner. Great view, great security, beach was amazing, can't say enough. Best trip I've had in Mexico.
