This 2-bedroom condo was possibly the nicest place we have ever stayed while traveling, and that is both due to the building and location itself, as well as the intentional touches by the host. The condo is in a luxury building near Parque Sabana, a short drive from Escazu or Santa Ana. It was anchored by a super convenient food court/ shopping center with a mini mart accessible by a covered elevated walkway. We were able to park in a designated space in a secure garage.Our host was communicative and made check-in/ out super simple, and left a binder of information so that we didn't have any questions. The unit was just like the photos, and immaculately clean, with comfortable furniture and multiple options for pillows and towels. It had a washer/ dryer and all of the kitchen essentials you could want, even basic spices and oils, so we could cook and do laundry as if we were at home. Traveling with children, we appreciated the locked balcony, access to streaming services on big smart TVs, and a collection of board games. The showers had hot water at the ready with good water pressure. The pool and playground were lovely, and despite the size of the building, never crowded during our visit. The building had other wonderful amenities- co-work spaces, a rooftop game room (with coffee vending machine!) and herb garden with ample seating and grills. Overall, it was beautiful, well-appointed, and very convenient. We will look forward to returning when we are in San Jose again!
