The property description states that there is air conditioning in the house but there is only air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and random fans around the rest of the house.There is no hot water in the house and the sink taps only have a single cold water faucet. Additionally, there are instant hot water heaters at the shower heads but they did not work. We contacted the property managers (both of them) and they stated they would contact the maintenance person and reply as soon as possible. We never heard another word from them.One of our family woke up to small ants in their bed. Overall, I understand it is a very inexpensive house per night but at least be honest in the descriptions. And the property managers have the audacity to put out water/snacks and state they are there for purchase! Very much a 1-star location.
