We arrived 1.5 hours after check in time. Our room was not available along with an entire lobby full of people. We were advised we needed to wait because rooms from the previous night were not clean. I paid $569. for a room that was very small. The rate was way to high for what we received. The women who was checking us in was clearly frustrated when we advised it wasn't ok that our room wasn't available. We had plans that we needed to get ready for. The women checking in walked away from us and had another team member help us.

While the manager was doing every thing in her power to make everyone happy, she was taking on way too much. I wouldn’t ever book here again the day after a concert/day of the next concert. Many people were unable to get a room before hand. They need to really look at a better solution and maybe not allow late check outs without a fee. Many people were upset and those that were showing aggression or being rude were given their rooms and the ones of us that were being polite were pushed off. The rooms were super clean and the hotel isn’t too far from the stadium but I don’t know if I would stay again for an event. Need to definitely have more than one manager on and maybe have all hands on deck. I would also suggest having at least two people at the front desk when the concerts or events end, the gentleman at the computer was overwhelmed by everyone coming back after the concert, either to finally get their rooms or get snacks out of the shop. Overall- the room was very clean and well stocked. Had a nice view of Levi Stadium and they did try their hardest, but I believe some changes should be made.
