Housekeeping Policy

The every other day housekeeping is not ideal. This is a terrible policy. I won’t rush back. We called for clean towels. It took 3 hours to get them.

Upon check in I immediately noticed a very pungent smell, the clerk said oh I think we are working on that? Smell continued and then they pretended like the smell didn’t exist. I was put in a handicap room and not handicap… shower sprayed all over the bathroom it’s noisy and very limited hours of dining despite supposed restaurant and bar on site. 5th floor and elevator shut down for renovation and fitness center is on 5th floor where the smell is even worse.

Overrated on Expedia. Priced correctly, I guess. They said the bed was a king, but it seemed small and overly firm IMO. The TV is very outdated and barely worked—you have to smash the buttons and then wait. We just turned it off and watched our tablet instead. I won't be staying at any Hilton hotels anymore, they're average at best.
