This charming home has an inviting floor plan and cozy furnishings. Home features a warm feel with ample natural light. Owner's artistic style is displayed throughout the house. Each bedroom is individually designed with its own style. The general woodland theme of the space creates a tranquil feel. Two bedrooms overlook the beautiful landscaped backyard with shady trees & plants, outdoor lighting highlights all the best features in the yard, connecting the indoor with the outdoor; the day doesn't end when the sun goes down with this lovely outdoor second living room for your relaxation.



In case you bring pets:

- Walk your pets outside as needed to avoid urinating / droppings in the house’s front/ back yard.

- Do not leave pets at home unsupervised, if you leave the unit you should take them with you.

- All pets must be well trained/ behaved as to not disrupt neighbors.

The process to rent this property through the management company is excessive, time consuming and intrusive. I was required to post photos of myself with my drivers license. Additionally I was given a document to sign via DocuSign. It kept getting rejected because they said it did not match my signature. Obviously, an electronic signature is not going to match other signatures. Furthermore, I have no idea what signature they were referencing. Ultimately, I was forced to sign a piece of paper and uploaded it for them. I have rented dozens of VRBO‘s all over the country and have never had a management company more difficult to deal with. Stay away from this property and any that are managed by this company. Marbella

Everything was good. It was exactly what we needed for our short trip into town. Liked the walk ability to stores and restaurants! Nice and comfy seating area to catch up at the end of the day. Good bedrooms, bathrooms. Note: king bed is NOT in the primary. A little misleading so to have the bathroom connected to the bedroom it is a queen bed, the king is in a secondary bedroom.

House was nice, location was nice. Requested early check-in, never a response. Wi-Fi was down, sent request as to why or remedy, never a response. Figure it out myself. Power strip in master bedroom that had router(hidden behind night stand) was unplugged. Possibly knocked loose by cleaning crew. Other than that, again, nice house and location.

Personally think proper is overrated. None of the lights in the backyard or front yard worked like they showed in the picture. Garage was a mess. Kitchen light bulb was burnt out. It definitely needs up dating all the lighting otherwise, everything else was great.

House was great - beds were comfortable and linens smelled clean; A/C worked great and water temp was good and ample. Location was walking distance to mall and Santana row and a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Only critique is more pans and pots needed.

Excellent property in a very quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to everything. Westfield mall is 1 block away, but you'd never know it. Thermostat was a bit tricky for us. You need to set it and then wait 5 mins or so. Property mgt team was very attentive and responded to our thermostat question on a sunday evening to assist. 5 stars thanks.

Loccation, location, location!

Modern remodel in quiet residential area providing very easy walking distance to beautiful mall, dining of every sort, grocery store, etc. Driving distance to downtown San Jose and all surrounding areas was a breeze from this property. Home is as pictured....all amenties provided for a week's stay was a plus.

Beautiful property great area

We stayed at Marbella lane for two nights. The home is even nicer in person. Love the open feel, plenty of natural light across the street from shopping and dining. We were 3 couples everyone was very comfortable. Absolutely recommend:)

Beautiful home! Quiet, comfortable and convenient. Well stocked with basic toiletries and kitchen essentials (including coffee, tea, spices, olive oil, etc). Communication with management was plentiful. Fun decor added to a positive experience. Close to Safeway and 2 great shopping malls with lots of restaurant options.

This house is an absolute marvel! We rented online and all communication was via Mail
it all went without any hickup. The house is conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood. Parking is provided for one full size SUV in front of the garage. Three bedrooms are nice, clean and well maintained. The beds are all very good, beddings and linen are very good as well. Kitchen offers most pots and pans (a bit warped they are), a coffee machine and else. We liked the fact that essential spices, filters and trash bags are already there. We used this location as a homebase for a 10 day touring holiday. Everything is conveniently located at 60 - 90 minutes around. This is a highly recommended rental we would definitely rent again.
