Had to check out 2hrs after checking in, Room had a door in between the rooms next door they had a party or something where very loud and in front of the room they where smoking and been loud, Ask front desk if they can do something for me move to different room they said the couldn’t so i had to pat for another room in the Hotel in front.

I got lice from the room. I wondered why the carpets seemed to have been freshly shampooed. Too bad they didn’t realize you have to use actual pesticides to rid carpets and mattresses from parasites. Very costly to rid my vehicle and home from the residual parasites I brought home from the room in San Jose

I booked my hotel with the idea of a newer hotel, when arriving I was given the room 124 thinking I was in one hotel, then was given the room across the way which was old, dingy, unclean, my new bar of soap was an empty bag, dirty towels and our room smelled. I was catfished to say the least. The newer rooms were nice with what I felt better security. Hotels.com really let me down, and so did this hotel. How can someone show one hotel then make you walk across to a dirty, smelly, probably a pay by the hour motel. Highly disappointed all around, that”hotel” wasn’t even close to the money that I had to pay, along with an added $10 payment that I had to to pay to ensure I didn’t mess up the already disgusting room.
