Overall, I’d rate it a 4/10. The bed was comfortable, which was the best part. However, the room didn’t feel very clean, and the floor, bathroom and tub were dirty. There was also a homeless people camping in the park right outside our door, which was unsettling. It might be fine for the price, but I’d recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere else.

I would like a refund. We found bedbugs in the room. When we went to tell the lady at the counter we told her there were bugs in the room. And first thing she said was it the bedbugs? She said they were aware.

Our stay was decent but the pictures online are very misleading. It looks like they are working on the property unfinished areas, hanging wires, and broken doors. In the room the bed frame was half broken and leaning along with phone in the room didn’t work to call the front desk. The cleaning staff are really nice but when they put the paper in the key slot it deactivates the hotel so we would have to go get it reset at the front desk.
