The Space:

This home has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, part of a 3,875-square-foot house, sleeping up to nine guests. The primary bedroom pairs a queen bed with two single beds and its own ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom combines a bunk bed with three single beds, sharing the remaining bathroom — a practical setup for families or groups traveling together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster, with a dining table for shared meals. Step outside to the garden and patio, where a BBQ grill and a hammock set the scene for slow afternoons around the private outdoor pool.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire house, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

Check-in is self-guided through a lockbox code, with free parking available both on the premises and on the street.



The Neighborhood:

The house sits in San Juan Bautista, a quiet residential neighborhood in Chitré, Panama's Herrera province — a low-key, family-oriented area without the noise of downtown. It's a comfortable base for exploring the city's central plazas and its well-known Carnival culture, or simply settling into a slower pace between outings.



Getting Around:

Chitré has its own small airport, Alonso Valderrama Airport (CTD), just a few minutes from the property — we recommend confirming exact timing with us closer to your trip, since this isn't a live route calculation. A car is the most convenient way to get around Chitré and explore the surrounding Azuero Peninsula.

Arrival & Departure

- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 12:00 PM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.
