Very nice/modern hotel with excellent parking and convenient location near downtown. You are just a 5 minute walk to the Basilica de San Juan. Will definitely stay here again!

The way to the parking garage is a bit sketchy, but the main entrance is nice and so is the hotel itself. It looked like there was some renovation going on when we stayed. None of the outlets worked which was very inconvenient mainly because we couldn’t charge our phones. One of the receptionists was kind and let us use an umbrella since it was raining and we didn’t have one.

Great location. Got there Monday and parked and didnt need to drive anywhere. Short walk to the cathedral and plaza. Many vendors on the way and felt safe walking during the day and night. Hotel was clean and accomadating.
