Beyond them, a vast 20,000 square feet of space set over a two story villa will be all yours, situated in a gated development with electric fences, 24 hour security guards, and a housekeeper. The whole villa is served by high speed Wi-Fi, so there’ll be no problem hooking up to Instagram and sending amazing pictures of your vacation to friends and family back home.

Families are more than welcome in the villa, with your hosts making sure there’s plenty to keep children occupied. As well as all the fun of the swimming pool (please monitor children at all times), there are plenty of safe places to play inside and out, plus a small trail that’s fun for the kids to follow.

All guests in your group will enjoy exclusive access to the extensive and luxurious inside and outside spaces of Villa Mykonos during your booking. There is also plenty of parking for all your vehicles in the private graveled parking area.

Neighborhood.

As if the villa isn’t amazing enough, wait until you see the area Villa Mykonos is located in. It’s the exclusive and safe La Pepesca neighborhood, where there are a few stunning homes, including this one of course.

The beach is literally a 10 minute walk/ 3 minutes by car from the villa, and the local town of El Pueblo is just 7 minutes away by car. It’s here that you will find restaurants, shops and bars plus more beaches to keep you all well fed and entertained on those occasions you wish to leave your beautiful villa.

Getting around
Being located right next to the beach, during the day you can walk from the villa along the sand to El Pueblo where you’ll find the restaurants and bars and other entertainment. At night, it’s better to drive to El Pueblo.
