We had a great stay at the CV in Puerto Rico. The room was great--clean and had all the necessities. We were always welcomed at the front door with a hearty hello. The front desk was super helpful. The gym was perfect for a quick morning work out. The location is perfect if you want to walk to beach or for local snorkeling or to catch a glimpse of the friendly manatees in Condado Bay. OLA was delicious. Relaxing out in front of Tacos & Tequila was a great way to spend part of the day. We LOVED our stay and hope to come back for a visit.
Let the vacation begin with sips and scenery you cannot beat.

Being a Vanderbilt property everything was perfect. What I really liked about this resort was location. It’s right in the heart of all the action and old San Juan was a skip away.

I checked in two hours after the official check-in time, but my room still wasn’t ready. I was offered a $200 credit to use at the hotel’s restaurants. While waiting for the room, I ordered food, but the steak came out cooked incorrectly. The service was excellent, but the food was not. I also ordered room service breakfast for two, and they only delivered one. Overall, it’s a nice place, but it seems they may have been fully booked and unable to manage the volume.
