Loved it . Beautiful ocean veiw . Food and stores and bar restaurants are a walk away everyone was so nice . Food was amazing 👏. Castles 🏰 down the street . Scooters and bikes too ride etc . Old San Juan not to far everything 20 to 30 mins walk. nice veiws . Will coming back this is my second time in Puerto Rico.

Do not stay here, no matter what! Costa Bahia hotel I recently stayed at Costa Bahia Hotel in Puerto Rico, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and uncomfortable beds. The cleanliness was subpar, and I encountered issues with pests during my stay. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing guest concerns. The amenities advertised were either unavailable or in such poor condition that they were unusable. Overall, I would not recommend Costa Bahia Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Puerto Rico. During our stay, we were unable to reach the manager, Oscar, despite several attempts to contact him. No resolution or compensation was provided to address the issue. Daily services to the room were also not provided. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment I walked through the hotel, a foul odor hit me like a wall. The lobby was dimly lit and tiny, and stained carpets that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. When I finally reached my room, the situation only worsened. The bed sheets were threadbare and had suspicious stains,bathroom needed some cleaning, and the air conditioner never get cold so it was impossible to sleep. The parking system is hard... breakfast is impossible when you have 6 ppl waiting to used one little toaster,ice machine in only two floor is inconvenient, security need it especially at night by the parking garage and not available to have a late check out was not good for me.

I checked out within hours of checking in. The room stinks, desk phone to call front desk didn’t even had a tone broken, no towels only one for 4 people. Bad attitude and no intention in help us. I will never stay there again or recommend anyone to stay.

While this property has so much potential, the cleanliness and safety issues out way any good positives. While the view and convenience from the hotel were great. Me and my guest left with bed bugs, dirty towels, dirty sheets, stained couch, no house keeping, and orange slices plus coffee for breakfast everyday. I do not recommended this hotel to anyone save yourself the trouble. Urgent care is not fun nor cheap!

Room was spacious and clean. The view was nice. However, the checkin was messy. When you enter there is a counter that appears to be where you check-in but it was empty and employees showed up 20 minutes later to tell me that I had to go to the second floor. When I checked-in, I paid for the overnight parking, however, the employee did not explain that the parking garage next to the hotel was NOT the parking I paid for. She just let me pay and assumed that I would know that the parking is a couple of blocks away. When it was time to check out, I found out that where I parked actually belonged to the Hilton. At check out I was told that the hotel manager (Rafael) was would refund the parking paid to Hotel Caribe as the service was not used. However, 3 weeks later and this was not solved. At check out, I was also showed a QR code that explains where guests are supposed to park which was never showed to me at check-in. My advice for anyone wanting to stay here is to call and verify where the actual parking is if having a parking option is the main reason you want to stay here.

Room was dirty, curtains looked like blood stain on it, also front desk was not helpful about the parking so i over paid until i went to the front desk and she decided to provide the correct information. Breakfast included was not the greatest either, but rooms werent as clean as it needed to be.

This stylish older hotel is nice, but there were many disappointments. The staff is not attentive, plus maintenance is not a priority. Housekeeping is spotty. The manager is great, however. So is the location, if you pardon the airplane noise. The bay is a wonderful view from your balcony, and even better up-close so you can watch the manatees. It’s the most affordable hotel in the prime waterfront area.
