Location was awesome. However, there were a number of problems. Rooms were not ready when we checked in after 4pm. Housekeeping services were only provided once during a 4 night stay although we had requested it each of 3 days. Fresh towels were provided but garbage was not taken out and soiled linen was not removed. We did have to move from one room due to wetness on the floors and carpet and our feet picked up black something? Breakfast was good first day but fresh fruit was only available 2 out of 4 days.

The room was okay, not what we had thought we were purchasing based on the pictures. But the toilet had been backed up by the previous people to stay in the room and the staff was not very helpful about helping us to fix it. There is not maintenance 24/7 here so if there is an issue with your room not in normal time you are stuck with it. And they were not adamant about finding a replacement room even though sewage had backed up into our bathroom. The area is great, just pick a better hotel nearby and save yourself the hassle.

Located between Condado and Old San Juan. Walking distance to one of the nicest beaches in the area. One of the best values in Puerto Rico for lodging.

We were there 4 days and only had housekeeping come once on the second day. No one was at the desk in the morning for checkout.

On the plus side the location is wonderful and the view beautiful. If you have transportation it is very close to beautiful contado beach and nearby restaurants. Also fun from our balcony we could watch filming from the local news channel 11 and then see it on TV. On the negative the rooms need serious cleaning such as shampooing the carpet!! We were there 4 nights and never had the garbage taken out. The only fresh towels were ones we got from a cart we hailed on the way to the elevator. The breakfast was disappointing. I suggest a big improvement including yogurt and hot food such as eggs and waffles and bacon. Funding the complimentary breakfast by selling mimosas and rum drinks would be well received and a money maker!

Terrible tuve que cambiar de cuarto la primera noche el aire tenía humedad y hongo . El piso estaba sucio los pies se pusieron negro y pegajoso. La alfombra peor. No había personal para poder hacer el cambio en la noche y tuve que esperar al otro día. Me fui una noche antes por el servicio y condiciones pésimas. Una fatal experiencia lamentablemente

Listen, I am not a person to write bad reviews for anything but I just couldn’t keep this to myself. Possibly the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. We stayed there for five nights and not ONCE did we get any housekeeping. We tried telling the front desk about this and all they said was “we’ll write down your room number and let them know” and yet no one came. The one and ONLY time I saw housekeeping was when we left. So what I concluded was that they only clean rooms once you leave, disgusting. On top of that, when I tried to call the front desk for fresh towels and toilet paper, the lady that answered the phone stated “I will get to it when I have the time” and then hangs up. Overall, possibly the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot on. Save yourself the headache and do not book with them.

The people at the front desk and the doorman were always gentle and correct. The breakfast was very low quality and short variety, The biggest problem was the Lack of cleanliness in the hallways, stairs and balconies. Only one elevator was working.

This property is in a great location, but the condition is bad. The hotel is outdated. The room was dirty. Mold in the bathroom. Only one blanket was given to us. Management needs to invest in the property

We had an unsatisfying experience at this hotel. The floor in our room was an incredibly dirty rug that made our feet dirty when we walked on it in barefoot. There was a cockroach in our bathroom. The staff only changed our towels once and did not give us clean facecloths or hand towels. There was hair on the floor beside the elevator in the lobby. The parking was also inconvenient because it was in a parking garage for a nearby mall, within easy walking distance of the hotel but not very close by when carrying bags. It’s a very odd location wedged in between two other hotels and the mall. The staff was friendly enough and the room was fine for the price, with a balcony and microwave and sink. The cleanliness issues were bad, however. I don’t think I would go back, unless I really wanted to save money on lodging.
