LOCATION - 5 Minutes from the Airport
This newly renovated, quaint and beautiful condo is located in the heart of Isla Verde. Only 5 minutes from the airport, on the best beach in San Juan and arguably one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico.

SECURITY - 24 HOURS
The Racquet Club Condominium is a safe, 24-Hour doorman building literally 5 STEPS to the beach. You cannot get any closer. The building is clean and has spectacular ocean views. My condo is on the 14th Floor.

PARKING - INCLUDED
I have 2 condos in the building, but only one parking space at the building. You are guaranteed a parking space at the garage on the corner. If you have mobility issues, please let me know. Based on the availability of the space at the building, I will try my best to accommodate you.

AMENITIES
There are linens and towels, a coffee maker, toaster, 4 basic beach chairs, a cooler, games, puzzles, books, a Bluetooth stereo, Smart TVs and a Smoke/Carbon Dioxide detector.

TRANSPORTATION – RENT A CAR OR NOT?
In terms of transportation, you really don't need a car. Uber is cheap in Puerto Rico and the local bus is around the corner. You can take a bus to Old San Juan, where you can take in some museums or visit the world famous El Morro, or easily get to other parts of the island.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This apartment is clean! There are floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, which provide an open feel as you gaze on the beautiful crescent portion of Isla Verde beach. Sit down and have your cup of morning coffee admiring the aqua green and cerulean blue sea, incredible ocean breeze and ample sunlight. I guarantee you... the view is breathtaking!

The condo is only steps away from the Isla Verde strip, where you can walk to everything, from the Royal Sonesta Hotel (formerly the Inter-Continental), Ruth's Chris, to the "soho chic" rooftop restaurant and bar at the Water & Beach Club Hotel a few doors down. The former CVS (now Caribe Pharmacy) is at the corner. You will find Walgreen’s, delis, restaurants, Pueblo supermarket, and a number of fast-food restaurants all in walking distance. The El San Juan Hotel, a lobby possessing architectural beauty, an amazing chandelier at the bar, high-end restaurants, night clubs and the spectacular casino, awaits you only a few blocks away!

If you don’t feel like going out, there are 2 bars on the bottom of the building - check out Torres Place where the drinks are great and the seafood empanadas are delish! You are also bound to meet the locals, some New Yorkers or tourists from around the globe. By the end of the night, hopefully everyone will probably know your name!

Lastly - guess what? You can actually get me, the owner on the phone! Novel idea speaking to a human right? My management company will take good care of you, but at least you know, you will always be able to reach me!

Great Isla Verde stay – wonderful locationWe spent the month of February here and had a terrific stay. As first-time snowbirds, we felt we really lucked out and would happily return.The location is fantastic—right on Isla Verde Beach and within walking distance of major hotels like Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and Royal Sonesta San Juan, plus grocery and pharmacy options including Pueblo Supermarket and Farmacia Caridad. The neighborhood is lively but still feels residential because of all the nearby condos, and it’s a great base for exploring. We loved walking toward the trails at Balneario de Carolina and the kiosks in Piñones, or heading the other direction toward Ocean Park Beach. Old San Juan is an easy Uber ride.The condo itself is bright, renovated, and very comfortable with strong AC, blackout curtains, and thoughtful beach gear (chairs, towels, games). The property manager was friendly and responsive—we had a minor issue with dead batteries in the Wi-Fi lock and it was handled immediately.A couple things to note: the building is older and the common areas show their age, and there’s only one working elevator. The pool is small and tucked behind the building. Also, like many buildings in the area, security bars and older tile floors may look a bit worn at first if you’re not used to them.Once we settled in, none of that mattered—the apartment, beach access, and location made this a great home base for a long stay in San Juan, and we’d gladly come back.

The condo and amenities in the room are just what is required for a comfortable stay. We had a small problem with the operation of the key pad to enter and exit the condo, but Gustavo (the property manager) was quick to reply and sent someone to replace the batteries in the key pad the next day. In the meantime, we had access to a physical key to get in and out. The condo is in the perfect location on Isla Verde Beach and you can walk to Carolina Beach and some beautiful resorts. I recommend staying in this unit. I have stayed in another unit owned by this same owner in the past, and I’m sure that I will again.

We had a great time. Condo is super clean, had everything we needed for a short stay. Location is fantastic, right on the beach. Lots of dining options nearby. It would be nice to have a few basics- salt, coffee filters, few washer pods, but that wasn’t a problem for us. The owner and the manager are very responsive and get back to you in no time. We would love to come back one day.

5 nights of absolute perfection! From the owner to the property manager, our trip was flawless! The condo was newly redone and immaculate! 7 minutes from the airport and yet we never heard planes unless you were on the beach that was7 steps from the condo gate(we counted) walking steps to so many amazing restaurants. 15 minutes to Old San Juan. The ease of check in was fantastic and the host provided a binder with so many wonderful details about the area! If you are staying in Carolina you must stay here!!!

A piece of paradise

This beachfront location has pool access, is close to grocery stores, convenience stores, so many restaurants, and is a short uber/taxi ride to Old San Juan as well as other great neighbourhoods. It’s a cute, clean place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Spectacular Location

My mom and I just returned from eight days staying at Jennifer's condo. It is beautifully done, very well appointed and the location could not be better.She is extremely responsive, very personable and cares about her guests. there are no negatives to report as everything went as planned. I highly recommend this property. Please carefully read the description, there is no balcony - which we didn't mind at all since the floor to ceiling sliders gave us a beautiful ocean breeze at night. Plus the beach is steps away!

Great location - communication is lacking.

We arrived around 6:30pm and had trouble with the code to the gate. I called my contact and no answer. I tried Jennifer and went straight to voicemail. I finally got ahold of my contact and he buzzed me in. This was all after I was notified that my parking spot was not on the property, but at the “CVS” across the street. Just FYI - there is no CVS across the street. The next day, I got a random text message from a “cleaning service” stating that they needed into the apartment during a certain time of the day because they left something on the table. I called my contact about the text and sent a picture of what was on the table. He apologized for the inconvenience and didn’t offer an explanation as to how the cleaning service would have my personal phone number. That night, the electricity went out for over 14 hours. There were flashlights with no batteries in the closet. Not the properties fault, but directions of who to contact would’ve been nice. This might picky, but when shower/toiletry items are left for guests, it would be helpful if the shower items (shower soap/shampoo) were not watered down to get the remaining soap from the dispensers. I don’t mind brining my own supplies had I’d known the items were needed. Other than these issues, the location is great and views are beautiful!

Great beach experience

Pleasant, clean, and well appointed with a great view. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. Although the property manager was not always supportive, the owner was easily contacted and quickly resolved all issues. Ideal location for enjoying the beach and exploring San Juan. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks.

Exciting get away

The place is located steps from the beach, awesome beach, environment was great, beach was super clean and the on beach restaurant was excellent with food and drinks. Great spot with excellent view and nice neighborhood!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It has a great ocean view and is clean and well-furnished, and comfortable! The beach and neighborhood are walkable and pleasant. The owner and property manager were wonderful. A great home base to explore the island from! We would love to stay again someday!
