2 great pools and jacuzzi, One amazing infinity pool, a big size regular pool, with a breath taking view of the Ocean and surrounding island.
Very secured, with 2 Guard booth access, operating 24hrs. The best golf areas in the entire Island.
Located in Fajardo, makes it perfect for many activities to enjoy. Only few minutes aways from all amazing island attractions like: "The Fluorescent Bay, Rain Forest "El Yunque", Seven Seas Beach, ferry to "Vieques & Culebra island",
Water Adventures like: Snorkeling, Scuba diving, Catamaran tours to near by islands and more!

What a view!!
Overall I gave this rental a 4 star review because the actual rental unit is fare. There is one bathroom and the second bedroom is OK. The room key is tricky to use in the locks. The living space is small and could use some end tables or a coffee table. With that said, the property is absolutely gorgeous. The golf course and grounds are immaculate. Another upside is the pool area. The pictures actually do not capture how spectacular that view is! Also noteworthy is how few people were in the pool area. Multiple times we had the pool to ourselves. Property is a very short drive to the catamaran tours and seven seas beach.

The bed in the second room was awful need more sheets and blankets the walls need to be fixed and re painted. We didn't use kitchen it seem okay. The washer and dryer were not working properly. The biggest thing was the bed being on floor and only a it being a foam mattress on a box bed. Pay so much for that.

This rental prooerty is gorgeous. The host is friendly and helpful. Communication was relatively quick and any issues were addressed immediately.

Disappointment and Amazement
When I was on my way to the property I received a message from the owner indicating that the parking only included one car and that the additional car was $30.00 for the stay. In the description of the property it indicated it included two parking spaces. At that point I had to send the additional $30 by mobile ath. That was the first set back. The biggest surprise was when we entered the villa we found that the apartment was not clean. The furniture in the living room were not in the same condition as the photos published on the page. The kitchen we could not use during the whole stay the pots a disaster, the cabinets are to change. Need new dishes. The way the refrigerator is located you cannot open the door easily, you must change the door open from the right side to the left. Very uncomfortable. The closet door located in the kitchen full of dust. Glass on door in the living room and bedroom were dirty. A cabinet in the master room full of moth and moth on the floor. They left clothes in the dryer. I notified VRBO that the villa was not completely clean and we asked for a refund of the clean fee as of today I have not received it. The owner of the villa need to updated photos and give it love.

Great spot, beautiful pools.
We had a great time at this property. Both infinity pools were amazing, especially during sunrise. The whole area was beautiful. We're not golfers, but the golf course looked well manicured. It was definitely quiet and not a lot of people around but the bar/restaurant over on the hotel side was open. The villa fit our family of 5 perfectly. I would definitely recommend this property. The owner was easy to work with.

Amazing!
We had a great time. Communicating with owner was easy and she was super nice. The villa was clean and spacious. The infinity pool was beautiful and the views were spectacular. Even though the hotel next to the villas is under reconstruction, we knew this ahead of time, we were surprised that the pool and pool restaurant was open as well as the cafe inside the hotel. Will definitely come back again.
