Lovely 3 bedroom condo with pools & gated area.

Five minutes from Fajardo marina where you will find the best snorkeling trips. Very close to Seven seas beach. The ferry to the islands (Vieques, Culebra) are just a short drive away. Supermarket at the beginning of the complex. 15 minute drive to Luquillo beach and the magical, spectacular rainforest (El Yunque) What more can you ask for? Book today!
The space
Looking for a nice quiet place for family and friends?

If you are looking for a place to party, with loud music, this is not the place. Parties are not accepted
 if security is called, you will need to vacate immediately!

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and private bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two bunkbed sets, twin over full, each. Full kitchen with all amenities, open living room, dining room area. Private washer and dryer as well. The property has three pools, all shared, one very close to the apartment. Literally a one minute walk. The other two are still walking distance, but a few buildings down.

Basketball court as well, great for when the kids want to burn off steam.

Although our building has not been painted yet, the grounds are kept extremely clean and the inside will make you feel like you’re on vacation.
It’s the perfect getaway for family and friends without breaking the bank, in Fajardo Puerto Rico.

Condo has its own private parking for two vehicles, as well as guest parking for any visitors.

24 hour security in gated community. Condo has its own private parking for two vehicles, as well as guest parking. Three pools on the grounds, however due to Covid we still need to be sure reservations are made in two hour blocks unlimited.
We have not run into any issues with guests wanting to use the pools. Please reach out and let me know what times you would like the pools and we will be sure to schedule.
Other things to note
We decided to permanently move and purchase a home here in Puerto Rico. We have enjoyed this condo tremendously for the last eight years. Our goal is to have our guest enjoy it as much as we do feeling relaxed, settled, and comfortable as if they were in their own home.

If you are looking for a place to party, with loud music, this is not the place. Parties are not accepted

The place was very nice and pretty. It was in a very nice area in Puerto Rico . It was our very first time here and it was great. The setup was good and the management team was awesome! The only small thing was tha the house keeping could do a better job dusting and cleaning but overall it was amazing! I enjoyed my time here and will definitely come again.

On the pictures it looks the same regarding the distribution of the rooms and the beds. The problem was that the place was completly dirty and outdated. Pots and pans are not usable. Coffee machine has never beign cleaned. The Air conditioners are old and do not cool enough. Very rustie and dirty. The closet where the dryer is has not beign clean, the connection of the dryer exhaust is not connected, when is used all the dust goes around the area. The last day the bathroom tiles fell off and landed on the tub. The second bathroom has also the tiles loose and the barthroom curtain was super dirty.

The apartment was very well stocked, organized and beautifully displayed. The rooms were gorgeous. The only complaint is that to reach the apartment, you have to climb 3 flights of stairs and we had 2 big luggages. Vincent and his staff were very attentive. My GPS didn't work upon my arrival to Puerto Rico and I was able to call and speak to his staff about directing me there. They did leave instructions on how to get there but since this was my first time in PR in a while, i got confused. They were very patient as my car rental took forever. The pool was very nice.

First family vacation

We came here to celebrate my daughters 3rd birthday and everything was just amazing. The scenery to the home itself it really gave us a sense of home everybody had enough space! And if the space and beauty arent enough try the 3 different pools they offer! We had a blast. Would Definitely book again!!

A Must Stay

From the beginning to end of our stay Vincent was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best Puerto Rico experience. He certainly made us feel welcomed and loved. The place has great space and is equipped with what you will need. We were a group of 9 and we did not feel crowded. If there is anything you forgot or need (and if Vincent hasn't already provided), there is a supermarket within a 5 minute walk. The property was close to Luquillo and Seven seas beach which were amazing. San Juan was about an hour drive from the property, but we did not mind making the drive.

Just amazing

Vicent was the nicest host ever! His little details around the house are the cherry on top. Really clean, really big and comfy. We were 10 people and we felt very comfortable. Vicent made sure that we had all the resources we needed to make this family trip extra special! The condo is in a private area, really safe, really close to a Market that is super convenient, very affordable. The pool is so close to the apartment too, kids loved that. If I could give him 50,000 stars, I would! Highly recommended!
