Welcome Luquilllo, located in the hills of Luquillo this charming newly designed apartment is centrally located in Luquillo and less than a 5 minute drive to the local beaches, restaurants, Kiosks, and shops. You will have access to the entire unit, second floor walk up; enjoy ocean views from the oversized deck and private balcony. Enjoy more of a local experience listening to the Coqui's (native frog) at night or sounds of a rooster to share your morning coffee with.

Spacious, renovated and clean private apartment with warm touches throughout. Air conditioned bedroom and ceiling fans throughout make for a comfortable stay. Enjoy wonderful ocean breezes on the balcony and main living area. Fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities you will need to cook throughout your stay. Bathroom have all the towels soaps and essentials to help make packing a little lighter. We provide beach chairs and cooler for your excursions to the beach and rain forest. This space has a maximum of 2 guest per booking. Two outdoor spaces are available during your stay; the front deck/porch offers seating as well as the private ocean view balcony. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, closet, luggage rack and small dresser. Living area has couch dining area, coffee table and smart TV and Wifi.

We are located in the heart of Luquillo making exploring everything from San Juan metro area (40 mins), rain forest (15 mins), Luquillo beaches, kiosks, restaurants and shopping (5 minutes), Fajardo beaches (15 min), ferry in Ceiba to Culebra and Vieques (20 mins) all withing a short drive.

It is suggested to rent a vehicle during your stay. Getting Uber and Taxi outside the metro area can be difficult.

You will have access to the entire unit. It is a second floor walk up and located in a residential neighborhood. Your side of the building has a front deck as well as balcony off the living area are yours to enjoy during your stay.

Please note this is not a party house. There are also no children or pets at this time. Should you have a service animal please let us know at booking.
There is no smoking at the home. Any signs of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge at check out.

Self check in with a lock box is provided.

Please remember this is an island and electricity may fail on occasions. Although we hope this will not happen during your stay , it is unfortunately out of our control.
We are proud to keep a clean home, however it is normal to find insects in this tropical environment.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute, homey apartment. It had cooking space, reliable warm water for two people, and was very comfortable throughout our visit. Elisa was responsive to any needs. The neighborhood was safe quiet and there was convenient parking right in front of the apartment and plentiful. The space was breezy, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. We really appreciated the stay and the thoughtful amenities.

From the moment we arrived our Host “Elise” was fantastic. She went out of her to double with us to ensure our apartment contained everything we needed for our stay. And we were greeted with water in fridge and a small snack. ( the little things that go a long way.

Excellent stay

I very much enjoyed staying here. The apartment was very clean and breezy. The balcony afforded excellent views of the water. It was located close to very nice coffee shops and the El Yunque forest. I will recommend to any person who's looking to stay in Luquillo.

Miranda’s Del Mar in Loquillo

The property was clean, neat,comfortable, and stocked with all the necessities. The manager, Elisa, was friendly, available and was happy to answer any questions. She went out of her way to help with any concerns. I will stay here again without any reservations. Lastly, the property was near many local attractions. I loved the place!

The host of this property was AMAZING! Everything was clean and pretty nice view. It definitely gives more of a vibe of a private town it’s walking distance if you don’t mind the walk but Uber was an hassle at times but they eventually came. The host was so wonderful she offered us a ride to the beach and gave us a very detailed tour of the area. 10/10 would definitely recommend this stay.

Plenty of room

We had a great time during our stay at this peoperty. We had 3 different families and the home was large enough to allow each family member to have their own bed and each family had use of a private full bath. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a walk in closet. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Dallas which made our trips to the Kay Bailey Hutchinson convention center a breeze. We will definitely keep this property in mind for our next stay in Dallas.

Family retreat

We had a great time and the apartment was wonderful and the hosts Elise was amazing. We had our plans change that extended our stay a couple times and she was very understanding and responsive. The place was clean and had everything we needed and Elise was sure to check with us to offer any assistance. I would recommend her place anytime. It's in a great place on town. Close to the beach and any other thing you might want to do. Thanks so much and we hope to see you again.

Nous avons séjournés à l'appartement du 23 au 30 mars 2024. Il y a de l'air climatisé uniquement dans la chambre. Mais l'air circule agréablement dans le salon et la cuisine grâce aux nombreuses fenêtres et à la porte patio. La température est donc confortable à l'intérieur. Nous avons vraiment apprécié prendre nos repas sur les deux balcons, écouter les oiseaux , regarder la mer. Nous avons super bien dormi, le lit est très confortable. Nous avons préparés tous nos repas à la cuisine, adéquatement équipée. Suggestion à notre hôtesse : l'ajout d'un BBQ serait agréable. L'épicerie est juste en bas de la côte. Nous étions à Porto Rico pour faire du vélo de route. Les automobilistes sont très courtois envers les cyclistes et patients lorsque vient de temps de nous dépasser. Les routes sont quasi impeccables ! On reviendra rouler dans la région avec plaisir. La proximité de la plage est un gros atout. N'hésitez pas à louer cet appartement, vous y serez très confortables.

Lo único desagradable

El apartamento solo tiene aire acondicionado en el cuarto. La sala y la cosina a las 9:00am es un Hirno no se puede estar por la noche a las 8:00 pm todavía está caliente el apartamento la puerta que da al balcón no tiene excriem y si se abre entran los mosquitos y las mosca.
