Great stay in Fajardo. The house and location is great for the area. Amenities were great for a beach focused party (chairs, tent, and toys) and plenty of towels. Only down side is the neighborhood has MANY barking dogs that go crazy at all hours of the day. It was quite impossible to have a full night sleep without good ear plugs but otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Nice place to stay.

Very nice and clean. Modern. Neighborhood was typical Puerto Rico with mix of nice houses and not so nice. But we met several of the local people in the neighborhood and they were very friendly and nice. Never felt in any way threatened. The only negative was the mattress on one bedroom was not very comfortable. M property manager very nice and responsive to questions. Would stay there again.

Home away from home

Great Place to Stay to Catch the Ferry to Culebra or Vieques

Perfect place for our family to stay overnight to catch an early morning ferry. The home was as advertised and super clean. And our host was super helpful and communicative. It was a little hard to find initially. We would recommend using google maps and putting in the coordinates that the host shares with you.

Super Clean and Styled House

Loved this house. Plenty of beds for our families. Super clean. Lots of kitchen stuff. A/C in all the rooms. Close to lots of places in Fajardo. 15 min from Ceiba Ferry to Culebra and Vieques. 5 minutes to Walmart and Ralph's Grocery. Neighborhood was quiet. Didn't seem like an updated neighborhood. Some houses looked vacant. Talked to some neighbors as they were super nice. Only negative is the barking dog in the middle of the night. Every night about 1:00 AM until 5-:00 AM there was a barking down in the back. We believe it was the neighbors behind us. It kept us up at night. If you can sleep through the barking dog, this is a clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath worth staying at.

Stay was amazing, home was clean, Property was exactly as listed, host was friendly and easily accessible. Home was in a nice quiet residential area, and convenient to all attractions and tourist areas. We literally have no complaints!

We needed a place to sleep after kayaking. Emanuel was great to communicate with. He responded quickly even when we arrived late at night and had a little problem finding the place. We are not familiar with the area. The house was perfect and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Fajardo house

The house was very clean. In a quite neighborhood and everything you need plus more. The manager responded quickly and was very informative. Exceptional rental in Fajardo!!

First I would like to say thank you to Emmanuel for allowing us to stay in his rental property. The property itself was great, it has everything you need for your vacation. If you need anything extra all you have to do is let Emmanuel know. The location is within proximity to everything Walmart, the supermarket, the beach, places to eat etc. We visited multiple beaches and the ones in Luquillo and Loíza provides chairs and umbrellas; Fajardo beach did not but it’s very close to the property. I definitely recommend staying at Emmanuel ‘s places.
