The property was short staffed, no towels at pool, and extremely noisy. We were put in a room next to the elevator and people were yelling, banging on doors, and kept up by the outdoor street noise. I spent a lot of money to stay and got no sleep. I would not choose this hotel again.

We arrived in the middle of the night and the hotel was easy for the taxi to get to. Overnight reception just ok (maybe tired!). We paid for a balcony, which consisted of a small piece of roof with tall walls overlooking a freeway. Not worth getting. Daytime personnel was very kind and helpful with questions.

Extremely long wait for check in or check out or just for any questions. Long lines and only one person working the desk. $20 a day for parking is overkill considering they let outsiders park there as well.
