I'd really like to know why Best Western keeps a pretty unkempt and worn floored fitness room when this perk is something many guests would love to enjoy. The equipment is organized in a very small (and almost unsafe manner) for any kind of exercise. For example, they have one or two unwashed yoga mats that can be placed in just a small footprint between two exercise bikes and machinery. This is just begging for an accident. Please increase the fitness space in your establishments. You will capture more customers this way and they will feel better about themselves. The shower water runs out of the basin and floods the bathroom. The curtain and or threshold is not enough to prevent this. Clean mattresses and ample television options.

Lacking communication. Failed to provide instructions for the air conditioning settings and location for ice macine. Refrigerator emitted a high pitched noise all night. Breakfast was in a section of I Hop. Instruction for breakfast was not provided. Staff very friendly

Large Comfortable Room

Nicest Best Western I've stayed in. We were in the area for a wedding just for the night. Wedding was at 3 pm (normal Checkin time). I explained this to the person at the front desk and he found a room for us that was ready earlier. Saved me from getting ready in a public restroom!!! Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very nice. Breakfast buffet was a bit above the typical with lots of choices and good fresh fruit. Only reason for not 5 star rating is the walls are thin. Could hear others next door.

Not a happy customer we stayed here on the way down. It was pretty good this time not so good like I said floor was dirty. The fridge had use water bottles in the Jetta tub was dirty and toilet paper in it and the plug doesn’t work and melted ice in the fridge.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good as was presentation and staff very friendly and attentive reported very loose toilet seat and slow draining tub. Didn’t stay long enough to know if fixed. Hotel is built like a maze difficult to find rooms and difficult to get to.
