Wet dog moldy smell in room which brought on an asthma attack within 15 minutes. We checked out immediately and were told by the front desk that we would get refunded which hasn’t happened almost 4 weeks later. Hotels.com has been calling weekly to check on the status which we were told would be done and they won’t respond. Horrible experience all around I would never recommend and will never return.

Worst customer service that I’ve experienced. There’s a sign with two phone numbers that you have to call to obtain the keys but none of them answer. The staff that provided the keys after calling multiple times was rude. I would recommend spending a little more to avoid this service. The place was clean but I would not recommend.

Unfortunately my 2nd visit to this hotel was less than desirable. It started with empty soap and shampoo dispensers. We tried several times to contact the front desk and had to wait over 20 minutes to get a response. We asked if our room was to be cleaned when the staff did arrive and she said “yes”. We left for our day in town only to return to a dirty room and no towels. The front office closes at 10pm so we called and tried to access the lobby at 9:40pm. There was no one available, nor did calls to the office get a response. The next morning, the “manager” answered our call by saying that he saw our calls from the night before. When we told him we needed towels for our room and that our room was not cleaned, he stated that we had to come down to the lobby to pick up our towels because he was all by himself. My partner explained the situation to him and told him what wasn’t done and all he did was blame his staff. Later that morning when we checked out, I wanted to speak with him about how things were missed during our visit. He cut me off and said, “I already heard this from your partner. Do you expect me to sit here and listen to this again”. This incredibly rude and disrespectful response was not what I expected. Etiquette and good customer friendly relations is completely lost on this person. Instead all he wanted to do is make excuses. The best thing he could’ve done was apologize but this was beyond him. This person should never speak to guests. I will never return!

It was very clean and quiet. The bathroom wasn’t stocked with shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The housekeeper said she didn’t have a key so I had to get a cup full from the front desk. Our Keurig also exploded. It literally shot the kcup across the room. Twice. Management did give us a replacement.

The backsplash on the sink had not been wiped and had both dirt, dust and had a hair on it from the previous resident. The draperies need to be re-hung, and the tears either taped with fabric tape, or sewn. Housekeeping forgot to re-stock the coffee so there was no coffee on the second day of our stay. The showerhead was very clogged, so the shower felt like a sprinkle, and was not great at rinsing off soap. Mentioned the showerhead to the housekeeping staff, but there was no indication that the showerhead was cleaned. There were dead gnats on the bathroom wall. We wiped off our gnat victims. Elevators did not work on either side of the building. Manager was upset with me at my mention that the lock on the balcony did not work. He asked if staff had mentioned the handle had to be turned up to lock. There was no written message near the lockset, so we had some anxiety over the security issue. No apology over that issue.

Stayed at Hotel Siri recently. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. I especially liked the second-floor balcony—it’s a nice touch. That said, the hotel is about a mile from downtown Paso Robles, so it’s not really “downtown” and not the most walkable to shops or restaurants. Another downside: there’s no breakfast offered, and the vending machine was almost empty during my visit. Overall, it’s a decent option if you don’t mind driving for food or essentials. Checkout was quick and easy.
