The General Manager is extremely rude. We stood there to check in for at least 5 minutes before she came out aha said she didn't know where the worker was. Don't know why she couldn't check us in. The front check in person was nice. The shower was awful. Water everywhere when I got out. Small and a bit closterphobic. Only good thing was watery got hot. Lots of very loud people at 4am.

Arrived to a room with no AC, no windows. It was so hot other guests had their doors open and were actually sitting outside. The staff was totally unsympathetic and REFUSED to refund the night because they said we were in the room more than 20 minutes after we checked in. Ridiculous! Do not use this motel6.

Perfect place to stay for my trip to Atascadero

This motel was ideal for my purposes! Clean, comfortable, quiet, dark (so I could sleep) and close to everything I wanted in Atascadero. The only suggestion I have is to make the coffee in the lobby stronger.

When Family Visited From Out of Town

I had family coming for a visit and due to lack of room in my apartment, I got them a motel room. Motel 6 was accommodating, clean, and quiet. The time that was spent in the Motel 6 room was little, but they both commented on the fact of how quiet it was and that they got a lot of sleep.

I told the GIRL at the front desk my room had cockroaches (I wasn't even there and hour)I wasn't going to stay in a filthy room and she refused to give me back my money back or try to compensate me in any way. I had asked to speak to the manager and she refused to try to contact her or give the the contact information. Please remove this motel from your website because it's infested with bugs and you are going to get bad reviews from people who aren't happy with their stays there. Also the mattress was filthy down near where the streets cover it. It looks like a bed bug infestation but I wasn't there long enough to sleep.

Pool was nice. Didn’t like that everyone was smoking cigarettes next to my window. I liked that they are pet friendly and had free treats at the front desk. Rooms were below average, gave “landlord special” vibes. Beds were clean though.

The night clerk was rude and spiteful. He couldn't find the reservation, gave us the wrong room, wouldn't put our two rooms together telling us 3 people had checked in...but it was midnight and MAYBE 1 person came in. But no one had the adjacent rooms the whole time we were there. THEN tried to blame us for everything! (The day clerk was nice.) The hotel looked like it had been through a war. Water was backward...to turn it off, it had to turned past the scalding hot water. The a/c was barely adequate. The location was the ONLY redeeming quality.

Not a great place to stay

My daughter and I had a room with two beds. One of the beds had an imprint where the mattress was sagging. The shower floor was disgusting. There was no toilet seat cover. There were holes on the front door where it appeared a lock had been previously. The room could use a coat of paint. We were also warned about a man that has been acting strange and lurking around at night.

For the second time since made the mistake of reserving at this hotel. I wanted to give them a second chance but still the same problem. They made me wait over an hour for my room. That said that was not ready and that they didn’t had any more rooms to accommodate me so I’m had no choice. I ask for a discount on the room because they had me waiting in my car but “Nothing “. But i guess that “ You get what you pay for”
