property and rooms are very run down, poor room layout, horrible showers, heater/ac is 3inches from one on the beds in a double room, shower curtain doesn't fit shower, small old towels, gaps around door room smelled of smoke don't recommend many other nicer places to stay for same or little bit more money!! beds were horrible as well!!

We had a bad time at this property. The room had a funky smell. The bathroom looked dirty. Yellow splashed stains on the walls the shower head pressure was terrible. The floor of the shower had air bubbles under it and felt unsteady and unsafe. Shower curtain had stains on it. The sink faucet sprayed water everywhere and made a mess. The mattress was so uncomfortable and very old. Wall plugs are loose. The hangers are rusted. Pillows were terrible. Thin walls could hear lots of noise from other rooms. Would not recommend to stay here.

Room was clean, but sketchy characters in the parking lot. One approached me asking for change for a dollar. Another in the room next to me kept his door open and was inside coughing loudly. Not pleasant.

I have regularly enjoyed my stays at the property itself. Its great for the price, pet friendly, support available 24hrs, laundry facilities, vending machines and plenty of parking.The management however, one person in particular by the name of Samantha, is likely the most unprofessional and rude person in a management position that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Unethical and unprofessional to the point of being borderline unlawful. If it were a crime to discriminate against people according to what type of mood you are in, then this person should not be the face or representation of this or any other business. After several (at least 3) different instances where empathy, fairness and decency would have played a major factor in the outcome of the situation, I have personally witnessed this person make a completely bias decision and judgment against a paying customer and then retract her words once complained about. In a profession where "Guests" and "Service" are of such importance that the business depends upon it, I am positive that Motel 6 has many eager canidates who would be a welcome change to the face of this beloved motel.
