SLEEPING SANCTUARY - Primary Bedroom: Features a luxurious California King bed with plush linens. The bedroom is completely separate from the living area, ensuring a restful and private night`s sleep. - Living Room: Includes a fold-out couch for additional sleeping. - Capacity Note: The sleeper sofa is ideal for up to two children or one adult guest.
LIVING & RELAXING The spacious living room is designed for downtime, featuring relaxed seating, a flat-screen Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi for streaming or catching up on work.
KITCHENETTE & DINING A convenient space to prepare coffee and light bites before heading out to downtown dining. - Amenities: Under-counter refrigerator, sink with counter space, microwave, and a Moccamaster coffee maker. - Essentials: Stocked with dishware, mugs, plates, cups, and utensils. - Important Note: To comply with city regulations, there is no stove or cooktop in this unit. Location We are located in a quiet, residential setting in Monterey Heights. It is the ideal balance of peace and proximity—walkable to Cal Poly and just a short drive to the heart of downtown SLO. Check-in / Check-out: Check-in 3:00 PM. Check-out 11:00 AM. Early/late requests welcome — just ask. Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No parties, events, or gatherings. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Monterey Heights is a residential neighborhood — please be mindful of neighbors at all times. No Smoking: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including patios, decks, and near doors or windows. Violations will result in a $500 cleaning fee. No Pets: This unit is pet-free. ESAs with documentation welcome — please notify us in advance. Parking: Park only in the designated spot outlined in your arrival instructions. Street parking may be restricted. Care of the Home: Please treat the space as you would your own. Report any damage, spills, or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly — accidents happen, and early notice usually means no charge. Before You Leave: Place trash in outdoor bins, load and start the dishwasher, and leave used linens in the laundry area. Safety: Do not disable smoke detectors, tamper with safety equipment, or adjust HVAC/utility systems outside normal use. Violations of these rules may result in additional charges, early termination without refund, and forfeiture of the security deposit.

I really loved this quiet little bungalow. Super clean and simple and had everything I needed. Was perfect for just me or would be good for a couple. Very close to Calpoly campus. Extremely quiet street and comfortable mattress.

Check in was good. A little difficult to communicate with the check-in manager but we managed to get everything worked out. The unit was lovely as was the next door neighbor. Parking was a little tricky but we managed to fit into the side space with our Jeep. If you have a larger car, it probably would not fit and you would have to find street parking. We were unable to find street parking while we were there. The small kitchen was perfect and the fridge was nice and cold, not just a beverage chiller. No problem figuring out the Nespresso either, and they provided a weeks' worth of regular and decaf coffee. Cal King bed was super comfortable and once I figured out how to adjust the temp control, the evenings were cool to sleep in. Walking to Cal Poly campus and also downtown was super easy if you don't mind a nice walk. Would totally stay there again if I needed to be near campus. Otherwise, they have properties over in Avila Beach which I can not wait to reserve!

Cozy, cute place with charming decor. Served our needs for a short stay while in town. The host is friendly and nice and responsive to messages.This houselet had the essentials with a small kitchenette - just plan on bringing your own drinking water. Dedicated parking spot, but it can be a little tricky for a large car.
