Welcome to Liana's Paso Robles, CA Getaway Home!

Thank you for considering our home. First, we want to offer reassurance that we continue to follow The VRBO Cleanliness and Disinfection Guidelines to help you protect you our guests.

Our spacious, clean, and recently UPDATED property with new paint, furniture, flooring, and decor has a private fenced solar-heated pool ready to be your vacation home! It is approximately 2400 sq ft and sleeps up to 8 people (7 adults and 1 child in beds plus there is many spaces for people to bring their own additional sleeping gear if desired). The 4th bedroom has a crib that can be used by an infant or toddler with additional space to place the single roll-up bed or an air mattress if parents want to stay close by. We can host up to 10 people.

The bright, clean, and large split-home design (2 levels) allows for some privacy since 2 bedroom are located on lower floor and the master and child's room (2 other bedrooms) are located on top living area.

Located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood, just minutes from the backroads taking you to many Wineries and only a short 15-minute walk (4 min drive) to downtown Paso Robles. Very close to Paso Robles' many fine restaurants, Paso Robles Event Center, Mid-State Fairgrounds, and Lake Nacimiento so you are just minutes away to exploring all the Paso Robles has to offer. Conveniently located off of hwy 46 west. We, the owners, are locals and live in Paso Robles so we are often available in case any concerns come up for our guest (rarely happens). We like to provide our guests with the peace of mind knowing we available to assist in whatever you might need (e.g. finding the food disposal switch, needing recommendations, etc.). We manage the home ourselves so our guest get a personal touch and special welcome.

This beautiful immaculate home has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation in our beautiful Paso Robles! Has something for child, teen or adult. During the day, enjoy with your family or friends the large outdoor patio with POOL, (Pool heated to 82 degrees mid-May to mid-October.) bbq GRILL, serene POND, and at night enjoy the sunset view with a great bottle of wine from the raised GAZEBO overlooking the west side. Inside come enjoy the open living spaces with bamboo flooring.

Everything we needed and so much more

We had a fantastic stay. Emiliano was an awesome host and was very responsive and welcoming. This home is just fabulous for any sort of trip- especially if you’ve got kiddos. The inside of the house is pristine with new furniture and appliances and everything is very clean. Beds were comfortable and the house was very easy to relax in. Great kitchen and the freezer even has a sweet fancy ice maker! The pool was perfection- just the right amount of heated but still refreshing to swim in in the Paso heat. There were floaties and pool toys available for us too which was awesome. Downtown Paso is just a few minutes down the road. Tons of parking at the house and even a full RV spot. Can’t say enough good things about Emiliano’s home, we were lucky to spend our weekend there.

The house and neighborhood are nice. The property could use some cleanup. For example, the yard has a lot of random stuff laying around. The master shower should be cleaner, the floor was brown with black stuff on it and the shower head was not ideal.

Family Retreat

This property was a great fit for our family, which included our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was warm and very well maintained. We BBQed every night. We also enjoyed surrounding activites which included biking, the Ravine water park, the Paso children's museum and golfing. We really couldn't have found a better place to satisfy the interests of all of us (ranging from 2 years old to 66 years old). The owner was very kind and responsive! Thank you so much!!!

Great for families, and perfect location!

Stayed here with my in laws and kids, it was great. Enough room for everyone, the kids loved the pool, which was pristine. And it was minutes to downtown and restaurants. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.
