Encountered bait and switch. They changed room type when I arrived. It was not what I booked (prepaid) or wanted but what to do. WiFi was not working on the first day. Overall it’s not a bad place but I had issues, just fyi.

The hotel was nice yet dated! The rooms had some needed repairs, the water pressure was weak. But the lobby, breakfast, bar, outside fire place were wonderful! The elevator went out twice, but easy access to the stairs. For the price I wanted the rooms to have a face-lift. Over all I would stay there again!

Layout was in a cramped space Room did not have sufficient supplies - tissues, toilet paper, towels. Lights by beds did not work. If hotel not full, would suggest spreading out guests so they are not door to door or above one another for noise purposes. Screens on exercise equipment did not all work. Could not find remote to change channel on large tv in workout room. My daughter was told she could not make pancakes at 9:20 am when the breakfast closed at 9:30.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The facilities are clean and warm and cozy but still modern and chic. The heated pool is PERFECT for cold months especially if you have kiddos who love to swim. We played cornhole on the grass in the morning and enjoyed the fire pit int he morning and evening. The gym was well equipped for my husband to get a good workout in before breakfast and the breakfast! Oh my gosh, the best hotel breakfast I have had all year. We travel frequently with my husband so I have stayed in a lovely variety of Marriott hotels and I must say so far this hotel has by far the best breakfast and cleanest breakfast area. We can't wait to book a longer stay here!

I loved the giant oak tree I saw outside my window. The views of the hills green with winter verdure. Nice, friendly lobby, pleasant, well-laid out room. Didn't love having to compete with crowds of people for food at breakfast.
