Great location a block from the water, restaurants, and shops, and a beautiful view of Morro Rock from the room. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was big and clean, plenty of onsite parking. The room was clean and came with AC, heating, and a TV, as well as a fridge, coffee machine, and microwave. The bathroom was straightforward, with a separate sink and mirror area. Walking to the main street only takes a couple of minutes, and there's plenty of food and coffee around to enjoy. The view from most of the rooms is great, and it's closer to the water than I expected. I would stay again if I'm in the area!

The views from the room were perfect for seeing Morro rock. Friendly staff. Very minimalistic as far as hotel amenities go, no elevators. But a nice place to stay over all for a good price. An additional note, loved hearing the soft background noise of Sea Lions and seagulls while there.

It was very spacious, clean, modern, and a welcoming place to stay. The office staff was very friendly and helpful, and had free coffee and light snacks. They even let us park on the property an hour before check-in when we arrived in Morro Bay early. The hotel has a wonderful view of the ocean and Morro Rock, and it was fun to watch the sunset from the balcony and the many glass windows facing the ocean.
